Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All sessions are booked in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your session. Payments can be made via [your preferred method: PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, etc.]. Cancellations & Reschedules Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session fee. We understand emergencies happen — contact us as soon as possible if something comes up. What’s Included in a Consultation Your session includes expert guidance, advice, and creative direction tailored to your project. We’ll brainstorm ideas, discuss strategies, and help you plan your brand, comic, or creative project. Ownership of Ideas Any ideas, sketches, logos, or creative concepts shared during a consultation remain the property of the consultant. This means you’re free to use the guidance and strategies we discuss, but full rights to designs or concepts are included only if you purchase the corresponding service (like logo design, character creation, or pitch deck creation). Session Preparation To get the most out of your time, please share any reference materials, goals, or questions ahead of your session. Sessions are conducted professionally via Zoom or Google Meet. Follow-Up & Questions Clients may reach out for brief clarifications within 48 hours after the session. Liability Advice and recommendations are provided to help guide your creative journey. Results may vary, and the consultant cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
